Two ways to work

Local markets

Work fiber neighborhoods near where you live. You sleep in your own bed and knock the same area every week, so you get to know it.

Where we work

Blitzes

Travel with the team to a new fiber build and work it hard. Housing is fronted and comes out of your commissions. There’s always another blitz coming up.

How you get started

  3. Training. You learn the pitch, role-play it, then knock doors with a trainer.
  4. You’re on your own, making $150 to $350 a deal.

Who we sell for

AT&T Fiber

Everybody knows the name. You spend less time explaining who you are and more time getting people signed up.

Frontier Fiber

Frontier is building fiber in a lot of places right now. New build areas are full of people on slow internet who want out.

Verizon Fios

Fios has been around a long time and people like it. The neighborhoods are dense, so you hit a lot of doors in a shift.

Astound Broadband

Astound usually comes in under the big cable companies on price. A lot of the pitch is just putting their current bill next to Astound’s price.

Surf Internet

Surf builds fiber in small towns that have been stuck with bad internet for years. A lot of people are glad to see you.

Tfiber

Tfiber is newer and growing. You often get into neighborhoods before any other team has knocked them.

Local ISPs

We also sell for regional and local fiber companies. These campaigns tend to have the least competition from other sales teams.

Do I need sales experience?

No. A lot of our reps had never knocked a door before this. We teach you the pitch and ride along with you until you can run a door on your own.

Is this a W-2 job?

No. Reps are 1099 independent contractors. You get paid on what you sell, and you handle your own taxes.

What does a fiber door-to-door rep do all day?

You work neighborhoods where fiber just became available. You let people know it’s there, show them what it costs, and get them signed up and scheduled for install.

How do I get paid?

Every deal pays $150 to $350. It’s straight commission, and there’s no cap on how many deals you close.

What’s a blitz?

A blitz is when the team travels to a new fiber market and works it hard for a set stretch of time. There’s always another one coming up. If you’d rather stay home, you can work a local market instead.
